2. Your data and AI
Content is only sent to AI providers when you use an AI-powered feature, and only what is needed for that request.
We do not allow AI providers to train their models on your personal content.
3. Human in the loop
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before relying on them; important decisions should involve you and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.
4. Not professional advice
AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AI features to create harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content, or to impersonate others.
6. Transparency
We label AI-generated content where practical and will update this policy as our use of AI evolves.
